There are 2 folders included in this zip file.

Copy the images folder to the root folder of your blog.If you already have an images folder in the root of your blog then you will need to copy the 2 image files out of the images folder and into that images folder.

Copy the ReviewAZON folder to the wp-content/plugins folder of your blog installation.

You will then activate the plugin.
