Bodybuilding supplements are: health proteins, glutamine, prohormones, creatine, tehermogenic products, testosterone boosters. We recommend to never use discount supplements, as they are often of a low quality or out of date, but BSN supplements. It happens also that "discount" is just a marketing gimmick, in a fact prices are the same, or almost the exact same.

The other factor which you should take into consideration buying bodybuilding supplements is usually its quality. It's particularly important invest prohormones. Side effects are normal, most of these products haven't been thoroughly studied, the health effects are generally unknown. From 2004 their purchase in most countries is legal only which includes a prescription from a doctor. If you buy any kind of discount supplements from unknown manufacturer you take a huge risk to destroy your system. It's contradictory with the first idea of fitness. Fitness is all about health, not about introducing in one's own veins any substance of an doubtful origin. 

The other dangerous supplement apart with prehormones is testosterone. The most obvious side effects are hair loss and acne. But this isn't a huge problem yet. Excess use converts the male growth hormone in estrogens. At least two undesirable effects are observed: the first the first is called gynecomastia, the second some may be testicular atrophy. I'll talk about the first one yearly post. The testicular atrophy may conduct (and frequently conducts) to serious problems inside sexual life of absolutely everyone who excessively uses the male growth hormone.
