F - Fitness: And last, but certainly not least, you obviously have to focus on fitness. I'm going to make sure I copyright that quote at the earliest opportunity... lol)! 1.) For dieting, you need to boost your metabolism. So, this means that you have to go on a diet program based around eating in a way that increases your metabolism. The ways that this can be done is by eating smaller meals often throughout the day, shifting calories, eating healthy meals integrated with cheat meals in a special way, eating the proper nutrients that improve your metabolism (such as dark green veggies and foods loaded with antioxidants), and more.

2.) For fitness, again, you have to improve your metabolism. This means you have to hit the stop button about the treadmill, walk off the platform, and step from it! Long boring cardio Won't BOOST YOUR METABOLISM! Despite what you may see constantly while working out, cardio is not the best kind of exercise for getting in form.
