The gastrointestinal illness is one of the most known cause of dehydration among teens. This dehydration make the teen to lose body fluids due to diarrhea and vomiting that's commonly cause of flattening stomach bug. This dehydration may also be reason for playing sports. But it is unlikely present with happen, even though it has low possibilities to happen, it's still proven that sometime outdoor activities can cause dehydration. For instance, it can happen when using a hot day, and sweat is continually coming out of your skin. Without understanding of replacing this fluid, dehydration could be encountered by teens in such condition.

This dehydration can also be encountered by most athletes like wrestler or boxer. However in such cases of the boxer, they tend to be dehydrate so that they will loose weight quickly before the event happen. Additionally, doing this can hurt the person rather than helping it. When athletes are experiencing this dehydration, they think weaker and their performance is greatly affected by it. By this, potassium and salt in your body may be affected by this sort of practices.Furthermore, the rhythm of the heart is greatly affected which could sometimes lead to problems. Someone who is dieting can sap reserve of water in their body. It's not better to use laxative supplements simply to lose weight. Since losing weight is the same as losing fat.

The main reason with this is, body looses essential like calcium bicarbonate, potassium, sodium and phosphate that is salts. Sometime the dehydration is caused by drugs that fluid and electrolytes are now being depleted. For example, any causes by dehydration should be treated quickly. The proper balance water in the body should be restore like a counter measure to prevent dehydration. You can do this like determining the problem that might caused it.

Experts say on medical studies, the state of being thirsty is not a danger signal of dehydration. For how long you feel thirsty, dehydrated might occurred already in your body without noticing it. There are the signs of dehydration as classified and these are: having sticky mouth, being dizzy, feeling your face light, producing less urine with unusual color that is darken as the dehydration is going on, and also the organs are more felt to become sick being that they are impacted by dehydration. There are methods also to prevent dehydration to happen, these are by drinking enough of fluid or a lot more once the weather conditions are hot or windy. The best option to avoid dehydration by drinking liquid is water. In addition, water benefit health so much since it does not contains calories in according to your diet plan.
