nformal, conversational interview - no predetermined questions are asked, so that you can remain as open and adaptable as you can to the interviewee’s nature and priorities; in the interview the interviewer “goes while using flow”. General interview guide approach - meant to ensure that the same general parts of information are collected from each interviewee; this gives more focus as opposed to conversational approach, however allows a college degree of freedom and adaptability in getting the knowledge from your interviewee.
