One subject often covered in the media today is that of obesity. And being overweight is not restricted to older people. Teenagers and even young kids can have a weight problem. You don't go the same way each day, you have all manner of different land formations and you can commune with nature. You might think twice about the cost of sending your teen on an adventure boot camp but remember a few facts. The gym equipment you might use at home will cost a pretty penny and if your child was at home, you have the cost of feeding them and of running your house, apartment and car to look after your teen. None of these costs apply when they're on camp so the cost is not so great after all.

Making money, being successful and working hard are all attributes most of us subscribe to. But without good health we can have all manner of problems. Your teen will get both of these in spades plus wonderful scenery, and a break from the pressures of the big city and more when they join an adventure boot camp.
