Failures and disappointments are facts of life.  No matter how prepared you might be, there are times when things just simply won’t go your way. Revelling in Redundancy?

Retrenchments or redundancies are a common topic in the media of late. As much as these retrenchments may be required, it does little to comfort the some 100,000 public service employees currently being scrutinised.

Get Back To Work!

Taking time off from work to care for infants is pretty common these days.  There are more employees taking time from work to raise their children than ever before and it’s both mums and dads.
