I need help!
Has anyone out there used LVS or Piranha to load balance Oracle Applications 11i (E-business suite)?
I have used LVS for a while and never had a problem like this. I am trying to load balance 2 AIX application servers running Oracle Apps, listening for requests on port 8002. My dba followed the steps required for load balancing and since the then, no go. The port is open on the apps servers, but shows closed on the load balancer (using nmap). I can L/B ports 22,23,80 with no problem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
